With a baseball theme and weekend trip to the World Series as the grand prize, an action-packed national distributor promotion put an end to our client's traditional summer sales slump. To keep players motivated, the program rolled out over nine weeks/innings, with incremental performance goals and plenty of incentives along the way. By the end of the season, each of eight distributors had batted 1000 selling 135,000 of each of two new products. |
