Omron Electronics Sales Incentive Program

With a baseball theme and weekend trip to the World Series as the grand prize, an action-packed national distributor promotion put an end to our client's traditional summer sales slump.

To keep players motivated, the program rolled out over nine weeks/innings, with incremental performance goals and plenty of incentives along the way. By the end of the season, each of eight distributors had batted 1000 — selling 135,000 of each of two new products.
